2. It should  be easily  available   any place
3. It cost should  be very low
4. It transports  should be very easy
5.it storing $handling  should be easy $shape
6.it clerofic  values should be high
7.it burning  point(combustion)should  below
8.it should work all weather  also available
            I take a ideal fuel  electricity 
The conserve of electricity energy into other form of energy is  very very  simple  in modern time so any electric energy  capable  to fuel the over  needed  from of energy  In  our day to day life
