Anything that fullfils human need is called resource

Such as: The air that we breath   

      The food that we eat

The are three main categories of resource

1 Natural resource

2 Human resource

3 Human-made resource

 *Natural resource

  These resource that are derived nature and are used for variety of purpose

Such as:Air,water, soil

Biotic&Abotic resource

Biotic Resources are those resources that are derived from living thing such as wood

Ex: crops ,meat, leather and medicines

Abiotic resource

Abiotic resources on the other hand,are those resource that derived from non-living thing

Such as : stone,minerals , sand and clay
